Select a cake and a colour, then click "Add to Cart". If you require a gift card, also click the "Add to cart" button. If you are local to Ottawa area and would like to pay cash upon delivery, please order by email and we will send you an email to confirm. Whether you order online or by email, please specify a date when you will require your item to be delivered. All order specifications and delivery dates will be confirmed by email. - Payment can be made by credit card or debit card via PayPal. Cash on delivery will also be accepted for local Ottawa/Gatineau deliveries only. All prices are in Canadian currency.
- As credit card and debit card payments are processed via PayPal, no credit card or debit card information is collected or retained by Blooming Bundles.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your diaper cake due to the availability of certain items. Care is taken to maintain the style, colour scheme and theme, using items of equal value and quality.
- We offer free delivery to any hospital, personal residence or business in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. Local delivery area includes: Orleans, Rockland, Cumberland, Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Stittsville and Hull (PQ).
- Upon receipt of your order, Blooming Bundles will issue you an email confirming the details of your order and a delivery date. An email will also be issued to confirm that delivery of your order has taken place.
- Please allow 24-48 hours from time of order confirmation to delivery for local deliveries in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. If you require your order delivered sooner, please contact us.
- If you have any special requests as to the delivery of your order, please let us know.
- Delivery hours are from 9:00am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you require delivery outside of our regular hours of operation, please contact us to make arrangements. We are not responsible for orders once they have been delivered. Our preference is to have someone there to receive the delivery.
- For orders outside the Ottawa/Gatineau area, we will gladly ship your order via Canada Post. Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times.
- Pick-up at our location by appointment only.
Shipping Outside of the Ottawa Area

- We ship all packages through Canada Post Expedited Parcels. This service includes online tracking at www.canadapost.ca, full insurance coverage and faster delivery times compared to Regular Parcel Post offered by Canada Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. On special request, we can arrange a courier shipment should the need arise.
- International customers (U.S. and International): By placing an order, international customers understand that you are responsible for all custom/duty fees. You may not cancel an order after it has been shipped due to customs/duty charges. Please be aware of any charges that you may incur when ordering a package from us before placing an order. Please contact us for international shipping rates and delivery times.
- Canada Post offers insurance up to $100CDN for Expedited Parcels. We always insure your package for the full purchase price. We want your package to arrive in perfect condition and we protect your order should something happen to it during delivery. Your shipping price includes full insurance offered by Canada Post. Insurance for international clients is highly recommended. Please contact us for international insurance quotes.
Return Policy/Cancelled Orders
Blooming Bundles stands behind every product it offers. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased, please follow these policies.
- We do not accept "cancelled" orders. All orders are final once submitted. If your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel it, we will charge a 10% restocking fee.
- Diaper cake sales are final.
- We will accept any unused/unwashed/resalable products (blankets and baby sleep bags) back within 2 weeks from receipt of your order. Returns must be pre-authorized. Please do not return something without first contacting us. Once a return is authorized by us, the return must be received within 2 weeks. If the return is received beyond these time frames, we may only be able to issue a store credit and not a refund. Items that are returned to us used or washed or not in original condition will be returned to you at your cost. Additionally, we cannot accept returned items that smell of cigarette smoke or heavy perfumes; these will also be returned to you at your cost.
- All refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee.
